Re-Establish Your Automatic Payment Plan
Action Required
Due to MedMax Finance's recent payment processing system upgrade, customers previously enrolled in automatic payments must re-establish their payment plans in our new payment portal.
To set up your automatic payments (click here to show instructions):
Step 1
Log in to your MedMax Finance account.
Step 2
Select your account by clicking on the Account Number.
Step 3
Click the blue Auto Payment Plan button located above the Summary of Activity tab.
Step 4
Under Payment Options, select Minimum Payment Due from the dropdown menu. And Click Save.
Step 5
Enter the following payment information:
- Name on Card
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
Step 6
Click Save to activate your automatic payment plan.
Important Reminder
Your previous automatic payment information was not transferred to our new payment processing system. Until a new automatic payment plan is established, future automatic payments will not be processed.
